Company Development Model - Senior Housing

With every project, Regent Communities is involved in the full cycle of the development process including land acquisition, master site planning, the municipal approval process, product development, construction management and the sale of developed products.

Regent Communities' integration of in-house land planners, engineers, architects, attorneys, financial professionals, marketing and development representatives coordinate all aspects of each development.
 

Regent Communities was formed as a response to the growing need for housing for seniors who wish to remain in a residential environment in which they could be provided with a continuum of services. The Company is positioned to greatly expand the development of senior housing facilities throughout the country by replicating its development expertise for other communities. We can provide a “turnkey” development through the utilization of staff planners, architects, engineers, accountants and project managers. For development opportunities away from the home office, Regent Communities will retain local consulting engineers to facilitate and coordinate the municipal entitlement process. A Feasibility Study supporting demand is an integral requirement prior to proceeding.

Regent Communities, Inc. is familiar with numerous financing programs including Private Activity Bonds, Tax Increment Financing, Tax Abatement, HUD programs and conventional loans. We continue to seek debt and equity sources for new projects.
 

The company works with experienced local or regional companies to provide marketing and management services.  Regent Communities is currently developing nine assisted living projects under the “Regent” brand. Projects are located in the Midwest, Florida and Colorado. Additional projects are under consideration in other geographic areas.

Construction - Senior Housing

Regent Communities, Inc. works with larger experienced third party builders who provide a guaranteed construction budget and extended warranty for each Regent project.
